Rosily is one of those Margaret Rivers labels which often slips under the radar, yet consistently delivers the goods. The 2009 Rosily Cabernet Sauvignon has a quiet distinctive sinewy tannin structure which adds character to the wine. This exquisitely structured wine displays strong varietal and regional definition which has been boosted by an exceptional growing season.

The nose displays strong varietal definition of blackberry and cassis with hints of oak. The palate possess elegance and style captured perfectly by the sinewy linear structured tannins. It has a decent length with black currant, black olive and slightly savoury oak flavours leading into an impressive long finish. The 2009 Rosily Cabernet Sauvignon is an impressive wine that should cellar well for up to 10 years.
