Stella Bella Chardonnay 2010
Stella Bella Wines is a small, privately owned wine company, located in the Margaret River region of Western Australia. Critical site selection is applied to vineyard sites for growing Stella Bella Chardonnay. Each location adds to the complexity of the wine due to the soils, aspects, clones and microclimates unique to the respective sites.

Feral Smoked Porter
Don’t let the name scare you off. This is a very easy drinking Porter which has well balanced coffee and chocolate flavours rather than overpowering them and results in a remarkably drinkable take on the style.

Sandalford Margaret River Shiraz 2010
Loaded with savoury spicy fruit from the first sniff you know you are onto a winner. Deliciously flavoursome in the mouth with savoury dark fruit flavours, fully ripe tannins and well weighted French oak in support. This wine is great drinking now but will cellar well for up to 7 years.

It’s a mix of Belgian and American flavours and brewing styles, influenced by the quiet talents of Trappist monk brewers while paying homage to US IPAs through the use of the new-season American hops.

Houghton Cabernet Sauvignon 2010
Houghton was established in 1836, just four years after the fledgling colony of Western Australia was founded. It is one of Australia’s oldest operating wineries. The 2010 vintage cabernet sauvignon is an excellent example of Western Australian cabernet.

Matilda Bay Alpha Pale Ale
Matilda Bay Alpha Pale Ale is a beer which falls under Garage Reserve Series from Matilda Bay. Alpha Pale Ale derives its name from the alpha acids in hops which, added early in the boil, impart an distinctive bitterness.

The Cidery Spider Cider
The Cidery is located in Bridgetown a small valley settlement approximately 260km South of Perth. The Cidery celebrates the rich history of the apple industry in Western Australia, which was centered in Bridgetown. Spider Cider is a moderately dry, clean tasting and lightly spritzy cider perfect for a sunny afternoon.
