Moss Wood Ribbon Vale Cabernet Merlot 2008
Moss Wood is one of Margaret River’s finest producers and the grapes for this drop have been sourced from the nearby Ribbon Vale vineyard. The Moss Wood label was established in 1969 by one of Margaret River’s early pioneers Dr. Bill Pannell. The 2008 Ribbon Vale Cabernet Merlot is definitely a first class wine which is exactly what you would expect from such a renowned producer.
Modo Mio at Crown Perth
Modo Mio, which translates to ‘my way’ in Italian, joins Neil Perry’s Rockpool to fill the Mediterranean cuisine void at Burswood. Heading up Modo Mio is Chef de Cuisine Giampaolo Maffini who has been recruited direct from Milan to bring authentic Italian flavours to Crown Perth.
