Simple Chocolate Coconut Balls
The perfect kid friendly recipe for the festive season, the kids can help crush the biscuits, stir the mixture and roll the balls in coconut… a good way to burn calories before indulging in these deliciously simple treats! There is something about the look of these chocolate coconut balls that screams “Christmas-sy”.

Makes: Approximately 20 pieces
1 x Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Cups Shredded (or desiccated) Coconut
2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
1 x Arnotts Marie Biscuits
1. Crush the Marie biscuits into small, about 1cm pieces, and place into a bowl.
2. Add the Sweetened Condensed Milk & cocoa powder. Mix together until well combined.
3. Roll heaped tablespoons of mixture into small balls. Dip each ball in the coconut until it has covered the whole ball. Repeat this step with remaining mixture.
4. Put onto a plate and refrigerate for about 15 mins.
